Hergla Fishing Village
I loved the morning we visited Hergla Village which is a serene and charming village, only south of Hammamet on a rocky stretch of coast interrupted by sandy coves which will appeal to anyone looking for an unspoiled area by tourism.
Over 6,000 locals occupie village with its ancient site of Horraca Caelia, which dates back to the 2nd century AD, the village offers real local culture and gifts.
El Jam Ampitheatre
The El-Djem Coliseum, an immense relic of the Roman Empire, was built between 230 and 240 AD. Erected in the city of El-Djem (also known as Thysdrus, its Latin name), one of the most prosperous in Roman Africa at the peak of the Empire's glory, this coliseum was roughly 100 ft high with a capacity of over 20,000 spectators. It is one of the last Roman amphitheatres and one of the last to have kept its lion's den which is still visible today.hE
Ribat Fortress
The Ribat Fortress in Susa, fort’s foundations were laid in way back in 770 AD, and its last stage of construction was in 822 AD, the fort attributed to the Aghlabid Ziyadat Allah.

The courtyard is surrounded by vaulted porticoes on two levels with cells behind. The southern side of the second floor is occupied by a mosque with a mihrab in its center, pointing south rather than towards Mecca or Petra.
The fort points more directly south than the Susa Mosque, the mosque in the fort has a qibla facing south at 179.7 degrees.
Sidi Bou Saïd
You'll just fall in love with Sidi Bou Saïd, which lye’s at the foot of the mountain Djebel Manâr, 10.5 miles north-east of Tunisa and the most visited village in Tunisia.
Its impeccable small streets, its mashrabiyas shrouded in mystery, its round roofs and cool Mediterranean atmosphere all make this a timeless place best visited at its quietest, in the off-season or early in the morning.
A popular and famous Café Nattes is a real charming café situated at the top of the main street of the village has played host to numerous writers and artists (Gide, Montherlant and Klee) who in turn paid it tribute in their works.
Another lovely café with panoramic views of the Mediterranean is the Shebaane with its splendid terraces on several floors, the best place to stop for drink of traditional mint tea as the sun sets!
