I can’t recommend Exclusive Travel highly enough. Ian found the best family holiday for the 4 of us, including private transfers and upgrading our all-inclusive package.
Ian also found the holiday cheaper, We were informed our flight home changed to very late hours about 3 months before we were due to fly.
I asked Ian if he could look at amending the flights
for us, within the day this was done, and we changed the flights with no problem at all.
The flight, hotel and holiday were amazing, and we made some great memories, especially when swimming you overlooked the Elephants.
I will always be booking my holidays or city breaks with Ian going forward.

Me and my friend Christine did ask to you to try and get us so much for so little money, and you certainly Did! we went to France ITALY and Spain on our amazing cruise.
Ian helped me to live out my dream of visiting Portofino in Italy and wow it didn’t disappoint- I am even more in love with the place and can’t wait to go back now.
We had a Balcony in our Room which was fantastic for the price!
There was always something to do in the day (even if you didn’t want to get off the Ship) and evenings.
The food really was 5* fine dining and buffet style too, the Champagne bar was a really good touch.

We found an offer on Exclusive Travel website for Ikos Dassia in Corfu , although the dates were not what we needed we got in touch with Ian to see if he could recommend a similar hotel.
Ian got to work and managed to get us a great deal at the same hotel on the dates we asked for and even got a room upgrade. Nothing was too much trouble for Ian and he sorted everything from check in to transfers, everything went so smoothly from beginning to end.
We will definitely be using Ian again and would highly recommended Ian to anyone looking to book a holiday or anything travel related.

Paris - City Break
Following our recent holiday to Paris organised by lan from Exclusive Travel Holidays, we just wanted to say a huge thank you for making it such a special trip, from the moment we settled on where we wanted to go lan made the whole process very simple and was able to personalise the trip just the way we wanted it, finding us a lovely hotel in the exact area of Paris that we wanted. Montmartre is an area known for its historical significance but also very much for its food and wine so an absolutely perfect destination for us.
When we told lan we wanted to make our journey by train he was able to organise this all the way from Wigan to Paris, even when Network Rail struck with their now infamous closures for engineering works (on the Sunday of the busiest bank holiday weekend of the year), lan simply asked us if we would like to travel a day early and organised a change of train and the amazing Kings Cross Crowne Plaza hotel in London for us free of charge.
Once we arrived in Paris we found the hotel very easily just a simple 20-minute journey from the main station of Gare Du Nord via the Paris Metro, simply the only way to travel in Paris.
As we have been to Paris before we had a good idea of which of the cities many attractions we wanted to enjoy and lan was able to provide us with a simple yet flexible way to book these, hassle free before we left the UK but also allowing us to change things up to 24 hours before if necessary.
From start to finish the whole experience was efficient and stress free and lan's expert knowledge and excellent customer service meant that we did not have to worry about a thing other than making sure we were at the station when we needed to be.
All our tickets and booking documents were provided to us in digital format in good time before our departure meaning we could collect our UK rail tickets at a time and location suitable for us and that all we needed once we arrived in London was our mobile phones and our passports.
We will certainly be booking with lan again, his next challenge is that of helping us organise our 10th wedding anniversary trip in 2024 and I would certainly be happy to recommend lan and Exclusive Travel Holidays to my customers, friends and family for all of their travel needs.

Los Zocos Lanzarote & Aquapark in Costa Teguise
I’ve booked 2 holidays now through Ian and will continue to do so.
What a hassle free process and brilliant value for money, customer service is so good and nothing is too much trouble.
The hotel in Costa Teguise had everything - entertainment, darts, volleyball, football, mini golf, play area, kids club and more, including 2 enormous
pools and access to water park.

MSC Virtuosa - European Cruise
I used Exclusive Travel Holidays last year for my cruise on MSC Virtuosa, It was our first cruise, so did not know what to expect but Ian made the process easy.
The ship itself was fairly new and stunning. The food was lovely and a great variety. It was still just after Covid so we had to still wear masks when walking around the ship.
We spent lots of time in the Sky Bar where my husband could work. We did not get a chance to use the pools as theses were busy family areas, we were prepared for all expenses with pre warning from Ian about WIFI costs etc and had a great time.
This year we are again using Exclusive travel to take an adult only cruise with Virgin.

Ian at Exclusive Travel did a great job in getting our flights booked for our AGM in Miami, did all the legwork, found good flights at a decent price and took away a lot of the hassle!
Shame our flight was cancelled (one of 70 BA flights that day) but Ian offered help and advice at a very late hour on a Sunday evening!

It was with some trepidation that I asked Ian Robinson of Exclusive Travel to book a holiday for me and my friend, to celebrate our landmark birthdays.
We gave Ian rather a long wish-list consisting of wanting to go on a cruise with a balcony room, visiting the Amalfi coast, all inclusive food and drinks, WiFi and tipping included and all on a tight budget!
Ian came up trumps with his recommendation of the MSC's Seaview.
The Ship had been fully refurbished in 2023 and it was immaculate and very extravagantly decorated.
Due to the fact that I only had a week's annual leave we flew to Barcelona and boarded the Ship there.
In future I would consider booking a longer cruise and sailing from England.
We had the opportunity on board to sit down to silver service meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner as part of our package together with unlimited drinks provision, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, including champagne!
The entertainment was good and the facilities, such as the pools, jacuzzis, etc. were not overcrowded.
Above all the crew were amazing and every request was met promptly and efficiently.
Before departure, Di and myself had lots of queries and Ian did his best to reassure us and provide as much information as possible. Ian also sent an e-mail, whilst we were on the cruise, just to check that everything was OK.
I would recommend Ian Robinson of Exclusive Travel to anybody looking for a good holiday experience at a fair price. Thank you Ian. Di and myself had a great time with plenty of laughter and good company. It was a holiday to remember for all the right reasons.
