Iberostar is the first hotel chain in Spain to have rooms that are free of single-use plastics, in addition to having substituted all plastic items in its bars and restaurants with alternatives that respect the environment. By 2020, the company has made the commitment to eliminate all single-use plastics from its over 120 hotels throughout the world, I have stayed in Teneriefe which is the room in the picture, and my recent stay in Crete have small recyclable punches in the bathroom.
Iberostar is the first hotel chain to obtain the MSC certification in the south of Europe, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. It continues to work towards the conservation of various species by offering its customers a more responsible choice of fish, complyingwith fishing restrictions, and not offering species that are in danger of extinction
I have stayed at several Iberstorar Hotels, and you cannot fault the companies policies on sustainability and professionalism of there staff.
Every hotel offers amazing high standards, with modern facilities, highly trained staff and unrivalled food, and theres no question to there campaign towards sustainability and working towards the #waveofchange
We love Iberostar Hotels, as weve visited over Christmas & New Year, Adults only in Teneriefe, which was just luxury and pure peace, and looked after so well by there amazing team.
Visiting Crete at Creta Marina in May school holidays was just pure joy, compared to many hotels during this time of year, the whole team within the hotel could not be faulted, when your 18 years says, how can you ever get board, is a pure compliment for Iberostar Hotels....the animation team running the events during the day & evening was just pure magic.
