Recharge your batteries and refresh your mind, body & spirit with our Wellness Day activities. Kick start your day with energising dynamic yoga, relax with gentle hatha yoga or strengthen your core with Pilates. 

Everyone is welcome to join, so it doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or want to take your practice to the next level - our classes are taught in small groups (max group size is 9 students), allowing for supportive, individualised instruction that meets your needs.


Your instructor Sini is an experienced personal trainer, wellness mentor and yoga teacher. Sini has a wealth of experience across multiple disciplines, including wellness, nutrition and coaching.
