Charming itinerary for discovering the wine tastes. Our experts will take you around ancient equipment, in the spaces where must ferments and in those where the wine develops in the casks.


Are you a wine aficionado? Do you simply love a great bottle of wine? If the answer to either question is yes, you will love this experience on the beautiful island of Sardinia.


This combination tour takes you into the Sardinia inland, where you can discover two little towns, Seadiana and Donori. Experience an unforgettable visit to the best winery of the South Sardinia.  


Located in the rolling hills, the small town of Serdiana only has a population of approximately 2,000. For thousands of years, the land and climate make the wines and olive oil of this region unique. Not to mention the grapes in this area have been grown since Nuraghic times and some native grapes of the area are famous, like the Cannonau, Vermentino and Carignano. The exact vineyard you will visit depends on the day of the week and the crowds but all are top quality such as Cantine Argiolas, Pauli, Cantine Pala and Audarya.


After visiting the winery, you will be treated to a tasting accompanied by cheese and cured meats to compliment the samples. Whether you like red wine, white wine, or both, you will be able to have a sample of two different types of each. The winery staff will explain the process and wine itself. You will also have the opportunity to buy some of the best wines in the winery store at a discount. All in all, you will spend approximately 2 hours at the winery, during which time your guide will be happy to assist you with his or her expertise. Many of the wineries have small museums / displays showcasing some of the century old world ways located now in modern facilities.


 Afterwards you will drive to Donori, a quickly stop at the cheese factory where you can taste the best cheese and of course you can save money as well buying from the factory store.

 On our Bruges Beer Tasting, we'll let you try six of the best beers Belgium has to offer. Our local guide will help you expand your beer horizons in a fun and interactive way. 


The beer tasting takes place every night at 22h00 at the Bauhaus hostel and bar in Bruges. 


The tasting starts with a short introduction explaining how beer is made, followed by the tasting. We try 6 beers in total: 2 strong blondes, 1 IPA, 1 wheat beer and 2 dark ales. 


Each tasting glass consists of 12-15cl and with every beer our guide will tell you the background story of how the beer is made, where the name comes from, etc. The tasting is interactive and not too serious, so it's always a fun, social activity where you get to meet other travellers.

You'll have your cooking station, and the ingredients will be ready to be cooked. That way, you'll only enjoy the fun side of cooking. 


No peeling or cutting unless there is a culinary technique to learn from it.
Menus are seasonal and include cocktail preparation (with or without alcohol) and 3 Spanish tapas recipes. Most ingredients are organic and locally grown.
